Pricing

Below you will find our basic pricing structure.The property is available on Fridays and Saturdays, from May through September for up to 75 people, and Sundays through Thursdays for up to 30 people. The venue is available during other seasons depending upon weather. If you need more time for your event or are looking for different options, please let us know and we will gladly try to accommodate your requests. We only accept one event per day in order to allow time for set up and make sure everything is just perfect for your special event.

Elite Wedding or Vow Renewal Package

This package includes everything in the Premier package plus a sweetheart table, cake/dessert table or buffet, and an overnight stay for the wedding couple in the Bunkhouse on the night of your event, and a bottle of champagne.

Premier Wedding or Vow Renewal Package

Choose any five hour block of time between 10:00am and ending at 8:00pm. Indoor ceremonies are held in the chapel (formerly a one room schoolhouse). If you prefer an outdoor ceremony, you may choose several locations on the property including the "tiny chapel" for your backdrop. The front of the chapel porch or rustic arch will be draped with fabric and embellished with coordinating floral or greenery accents. Chairs or benches are provided to accommodate 75 guests  for ceremony seating. The reception pavilion includes farm tables, and chairs/benches for up to 75 guests. A vintage seating area is also included for beautiful photo opportunities. The main level of the farmhouse is available two hours prior to your scheduled time for the Bride and her party to get ready. The Bunkhouse is available two hours prior to your scheduled time for the Groom and his party to get ready, watch a game, play darts etc.

Simple Romance Package 

For the couple who wants to enjoy a smaller ceremony with an hors d'oeuvre reception (provided by you or your caterer) for up to 30 guests. Choose any three hour block of time between 10:00am and ending at 8:00pm. Select the the indoor chapel or any of our outdoor areas for your ceremony. Includes a vintage seating area for beautiful photo opportunities. If needed, additional time may be purchased @ $150 per hour for photography, or a private dinner for two including table, chairs, table settings, and your choice of a bottle of wine or champagne. (catering fee not included)

Save A Little

This package is available Sundays through Thursdays and is perfect for the couple who wants to save a little and have a very private ceremony with an hors d'oeuvre reception (provided by you or your caterer) for up to 30 guests. Choose any three hour block of time between 10:00am and ending at 6:00pm. Select the the indoor chapel or any of our outdoor areas for your ceremony. Includes a vintage seating area for beautiful photo opportunities. If needed, additional time prior to your event may be purchased @ $150 per hour for photography.

Fancy Little Extras

Pearl 1954 Chevy Pick Up

Pearl is a great prop for wedding photos.  She is not allowed to be driven but we will place her in a great spot for you. She comes with a bottle of champagne, two glasses, a quilt, and basket for your photos

Bar Trailers

Both Lola and Duke are available for beverages during your event. Use one or both for serving wine, beer, or a specialty drink of your choosing. Client or caterer must provide all alcohol. TIPS certified bartenders are available for an additional charge.
